Step-by-step solution

   Activate the bottle request

   Finish the delivery ghost's dialogue beside the truck near the cemetery road.

2. 2

   Search each elevation

   Check the lower beaches, central plaza, rooftops and upper paths. Bottles glow when you are close.

3. 3

   Cross to the offshore spot

   Use Flying for the bottle placed beyond the normal shoreline route.

4. 4

   Return at 10 of 10

   Speak to the delivery ghost again. Saving the picnic unlocks the Engineer occupation.

• Quick is useful for the street sweep; Flying is safer near water.
